ABOUT TAT

Since 2017, TARAZ AZMOUN TAT has been operating with private sector investment and the expertise of Iranian engineers and specialists, focusing on the design and manufacture of testing and measuring equipment required by the automotive industry. The growing importance of occupant safety led the company to prioritize passive safety and later active safety, aiming to enhance national standards through advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment. Increasing trust from domestic automakers and official recognition by the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI) created an opportunity to add tangible value to testing processes and enabled TAT experts to participate in the development and translation of more than eight national standards. Building on these achievements, the laboratory has expanded its services to a wide range of automotive tests, and to date, over 28 automotive and component standards have been implemented under the supervision of ISIRI and the National Accreditation Center of Iran. With a commitment to innovation and professional ethics, TARAZ AZMOUN TAT continues to establish itself as a trusted reference in Iran’s automotive industry, paving the way for the advancement of safety technologies and a quality-driven approach at both national and international levels.

This background and set of achievements, combined with specialized testing services based on international and national standards, the use of modern equipment, traceable reporting, and the issuance of valid certifications, ensure the accuracy and transparency of all processes. In addition, the ECE R29 cabin strength test has been launched by TARAZ AZMOUN TAT—a benchmark that no other domestic center has yet officially achieved. This pioneering effort has played a key role in enhancing the credibility and authority of TARAZ AZMOUN TAT, reflecting the laboratory’s outstanding technical capability in executing the most rigorous international standards.
